Mongolia, Uzbekistan Unveil Strategic Cooperation Deals
Among the signed documents are a joint declaration establishing a comprehensive partnership between Mongolia and the Republic of Uzbekistan, alongside a memorandum of understanding aimed at boosting collaboration in the mineral resources sector. These agreements were finalized in the Mongolian capital, Ulan Bator.
Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by a senior delegation, arrived in Ulan Bator Tuesday afternoon to commence a two-day state visit, responding to an invitation from Mongolian President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh.
This occasion marks the inaugural visit of an Uzbek president to Mongolia since the two nations established diplomatic relations.
